Snapdragon 855 || The fast 7nm mobile processor

Hay guys,
Today we talk about the 7nm mobile processor.. Snapdragon 855 mobile chipsets

Snapdragon 855::
Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 835 and Snapdragon 845 processors are made by Samsung using 10nm technology. Snapdragon 835 processors have been adopted by a wide range of smartphone makers including Samsung, Oppo, Sony and Xiaomi, while Xiaomi will be the first to use the Snapdragon 845 chip that was unveiled earlier this month.
If you know anything about chipset manufacturers, then you would know that the industry is essentially lead by Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing co. and samsung electronics and the two have always been heads on in bagging the order's to manufacture for Qualcomm.
The report quotes chip industry executives as saying, “Qualcomm is engaging TSMC to roll out a modem chip very soon in the first half of 2018 and TSMC will manufacture the mobile giant’s upcoming flagship Snapdragon processor, known as Snapdragon 855, before the end of next year.” Apparently, the 7nm process will also be used by TSMC to make the core processors for the 2018 iPhones.

Quandt further notes that the chipset will probably use Qualcomm’s X24 modem, and that’s important too, as it supports theoretical download speeds of up to 2Gbps, up from the 1.2Gbps max of the X20 modem in the Snapdragon 845. So the Snapdragon 855 could be a significant upgrade all-round, but it’s worth noting that based on past form it will probably only be the US and China that gets this chip in the Galaxy S10, with other regions likely getting an Exynos chipset, and we don’t yet know what that will be capable of. Of course, it’s not just the S10 that will benefit from the Snapdragon 855 though, as many other flagships in 2019 will probably also use it..
