According to a report by tech website Mashable, the terms of the new policy account closure are not clear to YouTube and users. They are still in the dark about whether this rule will apply only to content creators or to all YouTube account holders.

Earlier in the year, YouTube changed the monetization policy. The service's YouTube videos put in place strict rules for making money. In this, many content creator channels closed the way to earn money.
